Hello and welcome! I'm Ash, the founder and head coach of Smash Active.
At Smash Active we take your health and fitness goals seriously, without taking life too seriously!
We build confidence, strength and fitness, specialising in women's health and fitness.
We understand that getting stronger, building confidence or losing weight can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome
hurdles and reach your goals, but also accepting life in balance.
We will work together to find a personalised plan that suit you, your lifestyle and your goals.
In the gym or outdoors this is the best way to ensure personalised programming and fast tracked results!
We train together 1-3 times a week to ensure you and getting the most out of your training.
For the social butterfly, we can train in groups as small as two and as large as 6 (or more upon special requests).
Sweat together, challenge each other and share in the glory.
You know what you're doing, but at the same time you need a bit of structure and guidance on what exactly to do.
Semi personalised programming with weekly checkins and optional monthly catch up / sweat session to ensure you are still on the right track, ticking boxes and kicking goals.
I am currently operating out of Fitness First Bond St &
Fitness First The Zone, both located in Sydney CBD.
Fitness First memberships are recommended,
however, casual passes are also available.
If you don't currently have a membership I can also help arrange a competitive rate and membership that best suits you.
If training in the wild is more your style, I currently offer mobile training options in the Inner West & Sydney CBD area.
Current locations: Redfern Park, Victoria Park, Mary Anne St Park
with the potential to expand upon demand.
Ash has been my PT for years and started me on my fitness journey. She is understanding of my medical issues, listens to what I want *and* need and is always encouraging me to do my best! Ash made exercise and training exciting and interesting for me. You don’t just go for the session, you go for the sunshine of a human that is Ash.
Ash was my PT during what was a tough time in lockdowns. Ash was instrumental in keeping me physically fit but also mentally fit. She is very adaptable and will ensure your workout gets the best out of you. We had some awesome sessions which were fun but also challenging. Since this, we have become friends also which says a lot in my opinion.
Training with Ash kept me sane during lockdown. She also helped me get fit and strong ready for labour. I can't wait to get back training with her post pregnancy.
