SASS is the Smash Active Sweat Society!
SASS is an online DIY training program where you follow and track your training plan on the Smash Active Trainerize App.
SASS give your the confidence to turn up to the gym, headphones in and get the work done! But also the supporting education and advice to know when to push harder, when you listen to your body and pull back, and get exactly the workout you need either way!
SASS has online check ins with a coach who can also see your training and progress, and provide feedback and encouragement where needed.
All workouts are pre planned and tracked to ensure the plan to success is working for you!
SASS is for those who generally know their way around a gym but still find themselves feeling a little lost with what it is the "should" be doing.
SASS is for you if you have a strong foundation in training (not advised for those with less than 2+ year gym experience).
SASS can be a great option for those who cannot make it to, or afford regular face to face training but want to be part of the Smash Active Community.
If you are a lone wolf, super self motivated and love to put the head phones in and get the job done this could be for you!
Hybrid: This option includes 1 x face to face training session a month, weekly check ins and a fully formed personalised training program.
Online: This option includes weekly checkins and the rest of the work is on you. You must be able to track all workouts to ensure your program is progressing and remaining in line with your goals.
