WHAT IS IT:
1:1 personal training is the best way to ensure the time you invest in your health and exercise is directly focused on you, and achieving your health and fitness goals. When you engage in 1:1 training its all about you! Your program is tailored specifically to you, your body and your needs.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE:
We train together 1-3 times a week either in the gym or outdoors, but the support does not end there. You will be supplied with an exercise and activity program to complete on your own to compliment the work we do together and to keep you moving forward. You will also have ongoing support outside of our 1:1 sessions, I'm here for you gal! always!
WHO IS IT FOR:
Individual training is great when working towards a specialised goal and looking for fast tracked results. It is for those who want to feel supported and set themselves up for success in life through health and fitness.
1:1 training is especially beneficial for those who are new to the gym and want to build strong foundations in a safe and supportive environment.
WHAT IS IT:
Small group training can be you and your partner, your bestie, your colleagues or a bunch of likeminded bad ass women who are now your sweat squad. With small group training you still get a level of personalised programming and training but you work towards similar outcomes as your squad and you get to work together with likeminded kick ass women and build a community at the same time!
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE:
Ideally, we are a group of 2-6 bosses, motivating each other to go above and beyond. Lots of laughs, and high fives. This is a good vibes only zone!
WHO IS IT FOR:
Small group training is great for those with a solid training foundation (this can be a great progression from 1:1 training).
If you're a social butterfly, competitive in nature, or just looking for some like minded women to get sweaty with and build some awesome relationships this for sure is for you!
WHAT IS IT:
SASS is a DIY program with weekly checkins and a monthly catch up / sweat session to ensure you are still on the right track, ticking boxes and kicking goals. All workouts are pre planned and tracked to ensure the plan to success is working for you!
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE:
Hybrid: This option includes 1 x face to face training session a month, weekly check ins and a fully formed personalised training program.
Online: This option includes weekly checkins and the rest of the work is on you. You must be able to track all workouts to ensure your program is progressing and remaining in line with your goals.
WHO IS IT FOR:
SASS is for those who know their way around a gym but still find themselves feeling a little lost with what it is the "should" be doing.
SASS is for you if you have a strong foundation in training (not advised for those with less than 2+ year gym experience).
SASS can be a great option for those who cannot make it to any of our locations but want to be part of the Smash Active Community.
If you are a lone wolf, super self motivated and love to put the head phones in and get the job done this could be for you!
